The Salvation Army is accepting text donations to support the victims of the Fort McMurray wildfires



The Salvation Army is collecting monetary funds to help with relief efforts in For McMurray, Alberta.



Those wishing to donate can visit SalvationArmy.ca/albertafires, or call 1-800-SAL-ARMY. A $10 donation can also be made by texting FORTMAC to 45678.

The Salvation Army’s Emergency and Disaster Services is providing support to first responders and those impacted by the wild fire disaster, which has caused some 80,000 residents to flee their homes, many of which have been destroyed. The Salvation Army has mobilized four Community Response Units to feed first responders engaged in the Fort McMurray fire response efforts.
