Man injured in Friday crash dies in hospital

MORRIS-TURNBERRY, Ont. — Provincial police say a man injured in a collision last Friday in southwestern Ontario has died in hospital.

Police say a 28-year-old from Wingham, Ont., was involved in a single-vehicle collision in Morris-Turnberry, about 100 kilometres north of London.

OPP say the driver lost control while exiting a curve and his vehicle left the roadway, rolled and crashed into a ditch.

They say Jason Simmons was airlifted to hospital, but died of his injuries on Tuesday.
